Poker players to participate in the European Poker Tour's
tournament in Dortmund, Germany, this month.
Robert Varga from Hungary; Loic Bernede from France; and three
players from Germany - Jonathan Kluepfel, Josef Bandt, and Bernd
Langhammer; all qualified to participate in the EPT Dortmund by
winning satellite tournaments held at Titan Poker. Each of these
players will represent Titan
Poker at the EPT Dortmund tournament, which will be staged
at the Casino Hohensyburg in Dortmund, Germany, starting March
8, 2007.
Following a stint of skillful gameplay which secured player Loic
Bernede a seat at the EPT Dortmund, he said: "Thanks to Titan
Poker for all your tournaments! I had pretty good cards and I
took good care of my chips and it paid off. I'm the only French
player from Titan
Poker qualified to play in Dortmund and I can hardly wait."
Speaking of his own satellite tournament win, fellow player Jonathan
Kluepfel from Germany added: "It was a hard and thrilling
fight until the last showdown. I am very happy that Titan
Poker gave me the chance to show that I am a skilled poker
player."
The EPT Dortmund is part of the popular European Poker Tour,
which stages competitions among the world's best poker players
in different European locations. Tickets have already sold out
for this tournament, which is the first EPT event to be staged
in Germany.
