HEADLINE: The Bodog Poker Open III Is Back And It's Bigger Than Ever

After months of rumor and speculation, Bodog Poker has revealed the schedule and structure for the return of their popular online poker tournament series, the Bodog Poker Open III. The series kicks off on April 26 and wraps up on May 3 and will feature three different tournament buy-in tiers, offering online poker players of every level the opportunity to get in on the action and an amazing $280,000 in added prize money.

For the high-rolling online poker player, the top level of tournaments has been dubbed the BPO3 Championship Tournament Series and will feature 10 events with buy-ins ranging from $50 + $5 (with Rebuys) to $470 + $30. Bodog will be juicing the prize pools of all of these events with an extra $5,000, except for the BPO3 Main Event on Sunday, May 3, which will receive an incredible $30,000 in added prize money, for a total of $75,000 over the course of the series.

The BPO3 Mid-Stakes Tournament Series begins with the $100 + $9 BPO3 Kickoff Tournament and wraps up with the $150 + $13 buy-in BPO3 Mid-Main Event and features six other events with buy-in from $20 + $2 (with Rebuys) to $69 + $6. The Mid-Stakes Series also guarantees $140,000 in prize money spread out over those eight events.

Those who prefer to play at the lower limits will have the chance to learn more about tournament poker while sinking their teeth into some guaranteed cash with the BPO3 Mini-Bounty Tournament Series. Entrants will also get to play against some of the best players in the online poker world, including Team Bodog pros Evelyn Ng, Jean-Robert Bellande, David Williams and Justin Bonomo as well as past winners of the Bodog Poker Open, 12 Days of Poker promotion, Monthly TLB, Top 10 Yearly TLB honors, Mini-SOP and Bodog Flight Club. By knocking out any one of these Bounty Players, participants win a seat into the BPO3 Mini-Main Event.

Daily qualifiers for all levels of the BPO3 are already underway in the Bodog Poker room, giving players the chance to make the most of the value offered by this online poker tournament series by winning a seat into an event for pennies on the dollar.
