There's nothing like a guaranteed prize pool to get online poker
players salivating. PokerStars.com
and Bodog Poker didn't disappoint those
players as their respective guaranteed tournaments saw players
walking away thousands of dollars richer after Sunday.
The PokerStars.com Sunday Million
drew 6,813 players to its guaranteed $1 million prize pool event.
With a total $1,362,600 prize pool, the winner would get to take
home nearly $200,000 in prize money.
The winner this week was German player tonijeromi. No deals were
brokered at the final table this week, so he received the full
$192,126.20.

Bodog Poker's $100k Weekly tournament
was just as juicy on Sunday, drawing in 846 players, all looking
to win the $25,000 first-place prize.
It was betis83 who actually got to pocket the prize though. According
to Bodog Poker, he battled through
the large playing field to enter the final table about mid-field
in the chip count.
However, he took the lead after busting out Mortadela. By the
time it got to three-handed, he had more than a 5-to-1 advantage
over the person second in chips.
His dominance at that point held out to earn him the win and
$25k.
